Attachment types

You work with two types of attachments in Process Planning for BTO/BTS/CTO:

• Attachments are non-managed documents, because they follow the life cycle of the object to which they are attached. You use the Information tab to add attachments.

• Managed documents, or reference documents, have their own life cycle. You use the Documents tab to add managed documents.
