Save accountability check settings

Saving accountability check settings is a task that should be performed by an administrator or power user.

Procedure

1. Open the Accountability Check dialog box and select the desired options to run the check as described in Run an advanced accountability check.

2. When you have defined all the settings, click at the bottom of the Accountability Check dialog box.

3. Add a name and description for the favorite and click OK.

Results

You can select the settings the next time you run an accountability check and it is run with the same settings that you save. An administrator can publish these settings for use by other users or for members of a specific group or role.

Note

When an accountability check is rerun based on a saved setting, Teamcenter does not recreate a printable report or occurrence group results.
