Process Planning page views

You can view the Process Planning page in either a process resource scope or a station scope.

The EP_ProcessPlanningViewModeForRoleME preference determines which view is enabled on the Process Planning page:

  • To enable the process resource scope, set the EP_ProcessPlanningViewModeForRoleME preference value to false, which is the default value.

  • To enable the station scope, set the EP_ProcessPlanningViewModeForRoleME preference value to true.

In addition, you must add EP_ProcessPlanningViewModeForRoleME to the AWC_StartupPreferences in the Teamcenter rich client.

See the Preferences section in the Active Workspace Administration documentation for a description of preferences and how to set them.

In the process resource view, Easy Plan displays each process station's process resources and the operations assigned to each resource.

In the station scope view, Easy Plan hides process resources in the tree view. Easy Plan displays operations directly under each process station and lists operations in order of find numbers, that is, in Find No. order. Find numbers in Easy Plan are sequential identifiers assigned to each line in the process structure to keep elements in a specific order.
