Create a new MEPSD item in the PAD view

Procedure

1. In the Direct Child PSDs section of the PAD view, click Create a new PSD . Teamcenter opens the New Process dialog box. The MEPSD item type is already selected. You can also click the New Process button on the main toolbar, but the MEPAD process item is not preselected in the New Process dialog box.

2. Enter the necessary information to create the MEPSD item.

3. Click OK. Teamcenter creates the new MEPSD item as a child of the MEPAD item and displays it as a new row in the Direct Child PSDs section.
