Generate a new report

You can generate a report for any product, process, or plant object.

Procedure

  1. In Manufacturing Process Planner or Part Planner, select an object from the tree hierarchy in the structure view.

  2. Choose Open With→Report from the shortcut menu.Note You can also use the shortcut menu or drag-and-drop functionality to send the object to the Report Generator application.

  3. From the Type list at the bottom of the application window, select a report type.

  4. Click Generate Report .The report is generated and displayed in the web browser.
