Assign variant conditions

Use the following steps to add variant conditions to a structure to configure these items independent of the end item:

Procedure

1. To apply the variant conditions, select a line in the structure pane.

2. Choose Edit→Variant, or click the Variant button on the toolbar.The dialog box appears to allow you to define variant conditions for the selected object.
