Quickly update moved elements in an alternative BOE

You can quickly update an alternative bill of equipment (BOE) when elements are moved in the production BOE. This example shows how to update an alternative BOE when work areas are moved between substations.

Procedure

  1. Open the production BOE in which the work areas were moved and the alternate BOE.

In this example, two work areas have been moved from Sub_Station to Sub_Station2.

  1. In the alternative BOE, right-click Sub_Station and choose Propagate.

The work areas are moved in the alternate BOE from Sub_Station to Sub_Station2 and match the production BOE.
