Configure MP4 support

Procedure

1. Create a new dataset type in Business Modeler IDE with following specifications:

   Named reference: Movie

   File type support: MP4 and WEBM

   File type: BINARY

2. Update the EWI_AnimationRelationsInfo preference with the relevant information. For example: IMAN_specification:myNewDataset
