Edit activity start times and durations in the Operation Activities tab

Procedure

1. Expand the process hierarchy in the Process pane and select an operation.

2. Choose Open with→ Activities.

3. Double-click a Start or Duration value. The value becomes editable.Note The Calculated Start and Calculated Duration values cannot be changed.

4. Type a new value.

5. Click outside of the entry box to exit edit mode.The root activity's Duration is automatically recalculated using the new values.
