EWI_ThreePanelLayout

This preference defines the tabs that are seen in each pane (top left, bottom left, and right) of Electronic Work Instructions when ThreePanelLayout is defined as the value in the EWI_Layout preference.

The following is the default EWI_ThreePanelLayout setting.

Accepts the following format:

pane-name[:tab-names]

pane-name

The name of the pane where the tabs are displayed. Valid values are:

topLeftPanelTabs

bottomLeftPanelTabs

rightPanelTabs

tab-names

A comma-separated list of the tabs shown in the pane, in the order they are to be shown. Valid values are:

Images

Documents

References

Animations

Parts

Tools

Activities

Operations

DataCollection

The default values are: topLeftPanelTabs:WorkInstructions,bottomLeftPanelTabs:Parts,Tools,

rightPanelTabs:Images,Documents,References,Animations

If you do not provide any value or do not define the preference, the WorkInstructions tab is displayed in the top left pane, the Tools and Parts tabs in the bottom left pane, and the remainder of the tabs in the right pane. If the preference is defined with values, but one of the tabs is not listed, that tab is not displayed. The tabs are displayed in the pane in the order they are listed in the preference.
