Export an image or report

The PAD Report Export transfer mode allows you to export reports from any level in the overall Master Process Document (MPD) structure out to a system defined directory. You can also export out a single report by opening the Attachment view on the MEPSD item and opening the Named Reference, select export.

Do one of the following:

• To export all reports from an MEPAD structure:

In My Teamcenter, find and select the PAD report that you want to export to the operating system.

Choose Tools→Export→To PLMXML. The PLM XML Export dialog box appears.

Type the name of the directory where the files are to be stored in the Export Directory box or choose the directory by clicking the Select export directory from system button.

Select the PAD Report Export transfer mode from the Transfer Mode Name list.

Click OK.

• To export a single report:

Right-click the item for which you want to export a report.

Choose Open with→Attachments.

In the Attachments view, right-click the dataset containing the report.

Choose Named References.

In the Named References dialog box, click Export.
