Attachments to test results

You can attach datasets, such as images, documents, and spreadsheets, to test results. The details contained in dataset attachments can be important to understand all aspects of what a test is evaluating.

Procedure

1. In the Tests box at the bottom of the Test Manager view, select the test you want to attach a dataset to.

2. On the Tests box toolbar, click .

3. In the Edit Test Results dialog box, click .

4. In the new dataset dialog box, click the Test Result button.

5. Click .

6. Select the file to attach and click Upload.

7. In the Name box, type a name for the dataset.

8. (Optional) Add a description.

9. Click Apply to add the dataset, and then click OK to add the dataset and close the new dataset dialog box.

10. In the Edit Test Results dialog box, click OK.

Results

The new dataset is added to the test result.
