View a process partition

Partitions are used to organize the processes and operations in a generic or product BOP into a hierarchy structure.

Procedure

1. Load the top-level item of the generic BOP or product BOP.

2. Open a partition to display all process partitions and the operations under them.

Note You cannot expand the top-level item in the base view, nor can you edit the structure or create new objects. Also, you cannot create occurrence groups in the base view. The administrator sets the property columns displayed for partitions by editing the shown columns preferences described in the Enterprise BOP preferences. You can change these settings for your workstation by right-clicking the column header and choosing Insert Columns or Remove Columns.
