Revise resources and parent assemblies

Use Revise Including Parent Assemblies to revise a resource and all parent assemblies.

Procedure

1. Click Manufacturing Resource Library on the Manufacturing Resource Library (MRL) dashboard Launcher or Navigation Bar.

2. Select the resource to revise.

3. Select More commands →New →Revise Including Parent Assemblies on the primary toolbar. Note You can use Revise Including Parent Assemblies when a resource is selected in one of the following: Resource or Tree content view in Manufacturing Resource Library. Class Navigator in Classification.

A message shows the number of parent assemblies associated with the selected component.

4. Click Revise.
