Importing and exporting enterprise BOP data

You can import or export a generic BOP, product BOP, or partitions and their contents in PLM XML format. You can import a complete new structure or only changes since the previous import. You can perform incremental exports to only transfer changes to the structure since the previous export.

While Teamcenter does not block the import of enterprise BOP data or the viewing of such data with Microsoft Excel Live, there are limitations in both cases. Specifically, the Excel import feature does not support occurrence groups, so it is not possible to import partitions. As all processes must reside under partitions, it is not possible to import valid enterprise BOP data using Excel. Similarly, Excel Live does not support logical assignments or origin relations.
