Improve Electronic Work Instructions performance

To improve the performance of Electronic Work Instructions during deployment:

• Remove unused panels and tabs. If no activities are added to a node but the string activities exists in the EWI_SinglePanelLayout, EWI_TwoPanelLayout, or EWI_ThreePanelLayout preference, Activities will not be displayed in Electronic Work Instructions, but the client must ping the server to ensure this is so.

• For each view, analyze entries and remove those properties which are not required. For example, to exclude the topline reference document, remove the property ewi0topLine_documentItems from the preference EWI_ReferenceDocumentRelationsInfo.
