Copy a dynamic in-process assembly to an operation

You can copy a dynamic in-process assembly (DIPA) into a bill of process (BOP) operation. You can also update or clear pasted DIPAs as needed.

Procedure

  1. If you are editing in context, hide in-context editing mode.

  2. In the BOP structure, right-click a DIPA and choose Copy, then right-click a station and choose Paste.

The pasted DIPA is displayed below the station where it was copied.

  1. (Optional) Do one of the following.

To update the pasted DIPA, right-click it and choose In-Process Assembly Tree→Update Dynamic Assembly Tree.

To remove a pasted DIPA, right-click it and choose In-Process Assembly Tree→Clean Dynamic Assembly Tree.
