Customize reports

End users can generate reports for a single step, a full work package, and a full work package on a process structure. End users can also generate reports that export a structure to Excel.

Note

You can limit access by user role, so that end users can only create reports that apply to their role.

Use report format preferences to define reports.

The EWI_ReportLogoImageDataset preference defines the dataset that contains the logo image you want to display in all Electronic Work Instructions reports. A valid value is the name of a valid Teamcenter dataset name. The default value is EWIReportLogo.

Single step reports

The EWI_SingleStepReportFormat preference defines the name, transfer mode, and style sheet dataset used to export step object data and generate reports for a single step from Electronic Work Instructions.

The default value is Single Step:EWI_PrintReportFullPackage:EWIFullPackageReportFormat.

Single Step:EWISingleCCTM:Single_CC_XSL

Single Step is the name that the user selects from the Format list in the Electronic Work Instructions Generate Report panel.

EWISingleCCTM is the transfer mode.

Single_CC_XSL is the name of the dataset containing the .xsl file that defines the report's style format.

Full package reports

The EWI_FullPackageReportFormat preference defines the name, transfer mode, and style sheet format used to export work package data and generate a report for a full package from Electronic Work Instructions.

The full package report has multiple default values.

• Excel Report For Process:ExcelReport:ewiExcelReportTemplateForProcess

• Excel Report For PlantBOP:ExcelReport:ewiExcelReportTemplateForPlantBOP
