Partially comparing in-scope elements with no assignment domains

You can compare subassemblies with no defined assignment domains.

In the example, the third line in the EBOM has connected assignment domains and shows partial assignment icons. The next line has no connected assignment domains and also shows partial assignment icons. The subassemblies show partial comparisons only when both are selected in focus mode.
