Add a quality form

Procedure

1. With the PAD Element view open, click the Quality tab.

2. Click the Add New Form button . Teamcenter displays the New Form dialog box.

3. Click More in the form list and select PADQualityForm or PADIshikawaQualityForm.

4. Type a new form name in the Name box.

5. (Optional) Add a description in the Description box.

6. (Optional) Confirm that the Open on Create check box is selected.

7. Click OK.Teamcenter displays the selected form.

8. (Optional) Copy the relevant information from an existing quality system and paste it into the boxes as required by clicking the Paste from System Clipboard button .

9. Click OK.Teamcenter adds the new form to the Quality Forms list.
