Prerequisites to support 3D Product Views

If 3D Product Views are used in your environment, make sure that you meet the following minimum requirements during installation:

• Configure the server with server-side rendering (SSR) to support 3D Product Views in Electronic Work Instructions.
  Caution If you configure the server with client-side rendering, 3D Product Views will not work.

• You must have dedicated graphics hardware to run:

                        Teamcenter 14.2 or later
                    
                    
                        Active Workspace 6.2 or later
                    
                    
                        JT2Go 14.3 or later
