Review translated work instructions

Review translated work instructions to ensure accuracy and clarity.

Easy Plan leverages artificial intelligence (AI) for translating the work instructions.

Procedure

1. If you have not already done so, navigate to the Work Instructions Authoring page.

2. Select the operation or process for which you want to review translation.

3. In the column header, select the ellipsis..., then click Manage Translation. The Manage Translation screen is displayed.

4. To view the translated work instructions, at the top of the Manage Translation screen, select the target language. The original work instructions and the translated work instructions are displayed side-by-side.

5. To edit the translated work instructions, click the sentence to which you want to make changes, make the changes, then click Save.

Results

The translated work instructions bear one of the following statuses.

Status	Meaning
Invalid	The requested translation has errors and is not completed successfully.
Progress	The translation is still occurring.
Review	A user is manually managing the translated work instructions.
Approved	The translation is reviewed and saved by the reviewer.
