Save a search

You can save searches in the Manufacturing Resource Library (MRL) to allow others to view or to quickly recall later.

Procedure

1. Click MRL Saved Searches on the MRL dashboard Launcher or Navigation Bar.

For additional information on how to modify the MRL dashboard, see Add a Manufacturing Resource Library dashboard tool to the Launcher or Navigation Bar.

2. Select Filters at the top of the results panel to narrow the displayed resources to those you want to include in your search.

3. Click Save Search at the top of the results panel.

4. Enter the following information in the Save Search dialog box.

Name

Type the name of the new resource. It is recommended that you make the name unique so users can easily search the database using this term.

Allow others to view

(Optional) To allow others to view your saved search.

Pin to Home

(Optional) To create a tile of the saved search on Active Workspace for quick access.

5. Click Save.

A message confirms the search is saved.
