Add a matching component to a tool assembly
Procedure
- Start with an existing resource assembly or create a new one.
Note The assembly must have at least one component.
- Select a component of the assembly and click the Matching Components tab.
Note The available tabs and their order can differ depending on what templates were imported and where you are in Active Workspace.
Example In this example, there are no matching components in the UPWARDS (MACHINE SIDE) panel of the selected component. There are several components that do match the selected component in the DOWNWARDS (MACHINE SIDE) panel.
- Select a matching component from the UPWARDS (MACHINE SIDE) panel or the DOWNWARDS (WORKPIECE SIDE) panel and click Add .
Example In the example, the BullMill is selected and added to the assembly below the selected component.
