Open the PAD view

You can use the PAD view to display MEPAD information and create and manage MEPSD items. This view displays the current state of PAD data. If you modify PAD structures in other views or perspectives, for example, in Structure Manager, Teamcenter displays these changes in the PAD view as well.

Procedure

1. Right-click a top-level MEPAD process item.

2. Choose Open with→PAD.Teamcenter displays PAD information and the corresponding direct child MEPSD processes. Information related to the MEPSD items such as BOM line, Description, Find Number, and Variant Condition is displayed in columns in the Direct Child PSDs section. In this view, you can also create new MEPSD process items.
