Configure data display in columns on Easy Plan pages

You can add, remove, and rearrange data columns on Easy Plan task pages.

Procedure

1. Navigate to any task page in Easy Plan.

2. Click Settings → Arrange.

3. Select one or more items in the Available Columns list and then click Add . Easy Plan moves the selected items into the Displayed Columns list, and displays the data on the associated task page.

4. (Optional) Select an item in the Displayed Columns list, then click Move Up or Move Down to rearrange that column’s location on the page.

5. (Optional) In the Available Columns list, perform the following steps to filter the data display list.
   
   Type a term in the Filter field and press Enter. For example, type Time. Easy Plan filters the items in the Available Columns list to only include items that match the term you typed.
   
   Select the item you want and click Add to move it to the Displayed Columns list.

6. When all columns are located where you want them, click Save and Arrange. Easy Plan adds the data columns to the task page, in the order in which you selected them.
