Create and update test results

You can include test results with a test in several ways:

• Send the test to the Process Simulate for processing by clicking . When complete, Process Simulate sends the result back to Teamcenter and it is visible in the Test Manager view.

• Create new test results in Teamcenter.

Click Fill Test Result .

Enter an execution date.

Select a result from the Test result list. Teamcenter highlights the test line in a specific color, depending on the status you choose. You can modify the colors representing a passed or failed test in the tm0tsm_TestResultStatus.COLORS preference.

(Optional) Type comments into the Comment box.

(Optional) Add an image from your operating system.

Click OK.

To update the test results:

Procedure

1. Click Update Test Result.

2. Make the required changes.

When you modify test results using this option, you overwrite the original test results. The original results are not displayed in the History section in Process Simulate.
