Using the Product Assembly Document (PAD) section
The product assembly document attributes are automatically populated. They are assigned to predefined areas in the process by an administrative user.

| Product | This attribute is also known as bk or Book. It is located in the MEPAD item revision master form that is the parent of the MEPSD item. |
| Bk Year | This attribute is also known as Book Year. It is located in the MEPAD item revision master form that is the parent of the MEPSD item. |
| PAD | This attribute is also known as Process_number or PAD Number. It is located in the MEPAD item revision master form that is the parent of the MEPSD item. |
| Description | This attribute is also known as Rev Description or Revision Description. It is located in the properties of the MEPAD item revision master that is the parent of the MEPSD item. |
