Process and edit a PDF translation

You can process the translation of a PDF file into another language, and then modify elements of the translation and rerun the translation.

Procedure

1. Open the BOP Builder in your browser.

2. From the Prompt list, select the configured JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) prompt file to be used in your translations.

3. On the BOP Builder page, in the Upload File panel, click Choose File, and then select a PDF.
   The PDF to be translated is displayed in the Upload File panel. Caution It is your responsibility to ensure that documents processed using the BOP Builder do not contain personal data.

4. In the Extracted Results panel, click Extract Pages. Once the translation has loaded, the results are displayed in the Results panel.

5. Examine the translation for accuracy and do the following where commands are available.
   To review information for an attribute, click Information . To add or remove an item, such as an attachment, use the Add or Delete command. To edit an area, click Edit , make any necessary text edits using your keyboard, and click Save .Note You can cut , copy , and paste text in some areas.
   
   
   Note You cannot edit text callouts contained in graphics. To modify an image with callouts, delete the image and replace it with another modified in a graphics editing program.

6. Once you have modified the results, click Retry to rerun the translation.
