Modify planning task page tables as an administrator

Administrators can use the Active Workspace Table Configurator page to make column configuration changes to Easy Plan task page columns.

You can find planning task page trees in BOP panels in these task pages: Process Planning, Background Parts, Line Balancing, Compare, High Level Planning, Product BOP, Work Instructions Authoring, Study Planning, and TCMA.

Prerequisites

You must have administrator rights to access the Configure Table command.

Procedure

1. In the task planning page that contains the tree to be modified, click Settings → Configure Table . The Table Configurator page opens in a new browser tab with the table selected and its properties displayed.

2. In the search results panel, select a property, and in the table properties panel toolbar, click Add Property .

3. In the Add Property dialog box, in the Type list, search for the relevant property type, and in the Properties group, select each property to add to the table and then click Add.

4. (Optional) Click Set Wrap Text to wrap text for the values displayed in the table.

5. (Optional) Do any of the following.

                To change the order of columns, select properties to be
                    moved and click Move Up
                     or Move
                        Down
                    . 
                To remove properties from the list, select them and
                    click Delete
                    .
   

6. When finished, close the browser window, navigate to the task page that contains the modified tree, and refresh to see your changes.
