Setting up the Custom Process View

Configure the Custom Process View

You can view a process plan in an alternative view called the Custom Process View. This view is based on configurable style sheets. Additionally, a variety of preferences define the information displayed in the view.

To configure the Custom Process View, you can do any of the following:

  • Modify style sheets for the Mfg0BvrProcessSummary and Mfg0BvrOperationSummary datasets.

  • Modify the types of tables on the right side of the view and the occurrence types that are displayed in these tables.

  • Modify the commands available in the toolbars of the child lines and consumed items tables. You can add or remove commands by setting the preferences selected in the MECustomViewChildLinesCommandNames and MECustomViewConsumedItemsCommandNames preferences.

  • Set the preference MECustomViewShowMfgFeatures to True to enable the Consumed Manufacturing Features section of the Custom Process View. This section contains Weld Point, Arc Weld, and Datum tabs for users who want to see immediate details on manufacturing features included in the station or operation selected in the Content section.
