Manufacturing Resource Library dashboard

Use the Manufacturing Resource Library (MRL) dashboard to access various classified resources such as tools, machines, fixtures, and other content.

Resources on the MRL dashboard include:

• Factory Resources

• Fixtures and Devices

• Machines

• Machining Data Library

• Measuring Devices

• New Resources

• Templates

• Tools

• Vendor Catalogs

The MRL dashboard includes a bar graph that shows the number of resources by resource type.

Use filters to limit the number of resources shown.

The MRL dashboard includes resources that you can view as a list, as a table, or as images.

Note

When you display the table view, you can sort the resource and attribute columns by clicking a column header.

You can open a resource by clicking Open next to the resource name.

These attribute columns appear in the MRL Work Area by default:

• Name

• Description

• Release Status

• Checked-Out

• ID

• Revision

• In Process

• Classified in

• Checked-Out By

These attribute columns do not appear in the MRL dashboard by default:

• Alias ID

• Alternate ID

• Smart Discovery Indexed

Note

You can sort the resource columns by these attributes. You can also click Settings, and then select Arrange to choose the columns to display.
