Use an existing product BOP

You can add an existing product bill of process (BOP) to your work package, or create a new one.

Procedure

1. If you have not already done so, search for and open a work package search for and open a work package, and then navigate to the Manage Work Package page.

2. In the Product BOP section, click Add > Use Existing Product BOP.

3. In the Use Existing Product BOP dialog box, do the following.

Type the text to search and click Search.

Select a product BOP.

Select a Revision rule.

Click Use Existing Product BOP. The product BOP is assigned to the work package. Tip Click Submit to Workflow

to send the product BOP directly to a workflow from this page.

4. (Optional) Hover over the product BOP tile and click Remove , then click Remove again to verify that you want to remove the product BOP from the work package.
