Set or unset preferred global alternate

Procedure

1. List the global alternates of the item from which you want to remove one or more global alternates.

2. In the Manage Global Alternates dialog box, select a global alternate and click Prefer.Teamcenter designates the selected global alternate as preferred and places a check mark next to it in the list. To remove the preferred designation from a global alternate, select it and click Prefer again. Teamcenter removes the check mark next to it in the list of global alternates.
