Opening an existing enterprise BOP structure by name

You can open an existing generic BOP, product BOP, or Plant BOP in Manufacturing Process Planner to view or edit.

Caution

Always load a generic BOP, product BOP, or plant BOP as a top-level item. Although Teamcenter does not prevent you from loading its substructure, you may encounter data integrity issues if you edit substructure.

When you load a generic BOP or product BOP, two tabbed panes are opened:

A base view containing a standard process structure. You do not need to perform any tasks in this tab. All user interaction takes place in the partition tab.
A partition tab to view the partition. You can open a partition (including a nonroot partition) separately by sending it to Manufacturing Process Planner from My Teamcenter.
