Create a tool resource assembly

Start with an existing resource or create a new one. In the steps below, you create the new root-node assembly item.

Procedure

On Active Workspace, click Explorer on the Manufacturing Resource Library (MRL) Launcher or Navigation Bar.
Select More commands →New →Add on the primary toolbar.
Search for NC Tool in the Filter field or select it in the Recent list if available.
Enter a name for the new component in the Add dialog box.
Click Add.

Note

After you add a new component, you can classify it by selecting the Classification tile from the Active Workspace home page.
