Basic setup

The Java environment must be configured and the JT viewer set up, as described in the Manufacturing Process Planning ─ Deployment and Administration documentation.
You must have the supported versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer or Firefox to view the reports.
Report Generator is installed when you install the rich client.
Report Generator does not need to be enabled or configured. If it is installed and meets the prerequisites, the application is available and ready to use.
